If you want to experience the REAL Venice, this privately-owned palace from the 1400s will take you back centuries, but with all the modern comforts.  The palace is located in the Santa Croce district just minutes from Campo Santa Margherita and Piazzale Roma in the renound Tolentini area. The apartment is on the second floor and has been adorned by an interior decorator and antique collector that lives in the palace herself. You will see that she has chosen authentic 1600s fixtures around the TV station, the bed’s headboard is an original from the 1700s, and above the headboard, you will be dreaming under an original cupola from the Medieval times and a Venetian glass chandelier.

And that’s not all, this light-filled one-bedroom apartment has AC, Wifi, and tons of natural light. The kitchen if fully-equipped. The main bedroom is made up of a queen size bed, an arm chair, a private table for two, and a TV station. The bathroom has a waterfall showerhead in the modern tub. Linens and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer.

The apartment has an independent entrance and is located over two floors. It has been adorned by an interior decorator and antique collector. You will see that she has chosen authentic bedspread fabrics from the 1700s in the bedrooms, the chairs and armoire are from the 1800s and there are Venetian glassworks and paintings throughout the home.

You will walk into a private patio and which takes you to the apartment’s front door. The patio has a table for four and is like having your own courtyard. Once you go inside, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a pullout couch for two people and a half bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom (BLUE room) is made up of a queen size bed, an arm chair, a desk, and a TV station. The bathroom is inside the master bedroom . Linens and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer.

And that’s not all, this light-filled apartment has AC, Wifi, and tons of natural light.

For parties of four people and below, only the BLUE bedroom and the master bath and half bath will be available for use.

For larger groups (4+ persons), there is a second bedroom (the RED room) and another full bathroom with a majestic tub. You will have access to this only if you are more than 4 persons requesting this apartment. Otherwise, there is an additional cost for this second bedroom and bathroom with the tub. (80 EUR extra and can be opened upon request). This red bedroom and its bathroom will remain closed unless agreed upon in advance or if your party is larger than 4 people.

Your hosts are a young and energetic welcoming couple who love to stay active cultivating their home grown organic orchard, cooking, boating and fishing, and hosting guests. They speak English and Italian, and can tell you everything you want to know about the area.

This secluded accommodation is the right place for relaxing holidays in a traditional ambience off the beaten tracks and in contact with nature. Close to the farm house one can admire the natural flamingo pond, horse-back riding and amazing sunsets from the hiking cliffs overlooking the sea. There are surf, canoe and kite-surf courses, or you could rent a motorboat or a bicycle for further excursions.

This retreat is perfect for a group of friends, couples, families, and, let’s not forget, our four-legged creatures who are always more than welcome.

This farm holiday stay is the result of a careful renovation of an old farm house divided into two apartments (one where your hosts stay and the other where you will stay). The house is surrounded by orange & lemon trees, olive trees, organic vegetable gardens, the very nice barbecue area, and the landscaped large enclosed yard. On top of all that, there is also the possibility of dining with home-made Sardinian and Emiglia-Romagna dishes to complete the offer (for an additional cost).

THE APARTMENT
In total, the farm house apartment offers 3 comfortably and individually furnished rooms (1 ensuite room + 2 bedrooms with a shared bath) with a common living area.

Two bedrooms have double beds and can share one of the full baths. The third and largest bedroom is an ensuite with a double bed and a single bed (Extra cost of 60 EUR/nt).

The common living quarters comprises of a living room with a sofa, coffee table, dining table, fireplace and two spacious bathrooms with a hairdryers and stand up showers. The whole apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. The way the structure is built, it always remains cool and fresh, since the apartment is on the ground floor.
